Wow, Very unbias opinions here. I rode in the Grand Prix and yes I forgot my halt rein back and went off course. However.... in this pair the rider was lame not the horse. I was told after nationals in 2007 that I would never ride again from a car accident earlier that year. I was not able to even walk for months and I am ALWAYS in pain. I have been in physical theraphy for 2 years with a bleak future ahead. And I tried to my best at 2009 nationals my first time in the Arabian ring since Sept 2007 . My horse is incredible and has scored many 9's on his piaffe and other movements but I am not able to feel my legs or arms a lot of the time. Not to mention after being bed ridden for so long I gained 100 lbs of which I have lost 65. But thanks for making me feel really bad about my ride and the show even though I trained the horse to GP in two years not to mention in 2007 with a broken back had a 61 median at I2 and GP. It was a miracle that I even got into that ring at all!! I am very proud of my horse for even tolerating me at this point he is the best horse I have ever had the pleasure of riding. Patricia Harper

The Junior League is sponsoring the horse show? that is cool! Seems like a lot of equestrian events are in the Lexington area. Will look forward to more updates.

Kinsey sounds like a very determined, goal oriented person! I learned horsemanship through pony club, where we had to do everything ourselves so I can relate!
