About Me
Lisa Singer grew up riding a donkey for most of her life both in horse shows and as a mascot for boarding school. She rode jumpers on her high school show team and later earned her BHSAI certificate at Porlock Vale Riding School in England. Shortly thereafter, Lisa started breaking Thoroughbred yearlings in Delaware and did that for 13 years. It was when Lisa started riding a steeplechase horse for a friend who also owned a team of Welsh ponies that she first became interested in driving.
Lisa has been a driving instructor, trainer and clinician for over 30 years and has coached and competed successfully in the U.S. and overseas. Lisa is an eight-time National Pairs Champion and has attended seven World Pair Championships. She is an organizer for many driving events, serves on numerous USEF committees and was on the USET board. Lisa likes many breeds that you see in driving but she most enjoys driving Morgans. She has lived on her farm, Chateau Log in Chadds Ford, PA, for more than 30 years.
