Meet one of the future leaders of equestrian sport, Maxance McManamy, the 2009 USEF Junior Equestrian of the Year. Max, as she's called by friends, is from Templeton, California, and has quite a long list of accomplishments to date, including her Individual Gold at the 2009 Adequan FEI North American Junior & Young Rider Championships at the Kentucky Horse Park.
